We are an on-line, mail order business only. This keeps our costs down, as we don’t have pay for expensive retail premises. We do have a phone number you can use to reach a real person if need be, and we have an email address you can use to get in touch as well. Please go to our contact us page for more details.
What happens if I am not happy with the item I purchased?
Please return it for a full refund.
Do I need a paypal account?
No. We use PayPal to process our debit and credit card payments. Checkout as normal, you will be asked to choose a payment method. If you choose ‘pay with a debit or credit card’ you will be asked to enter your payment details.
